This is for the rage quitters, the tech fail sufferers, a twisted lament to all who experience death by blue screen. Strictly for lovers of oddball electronics and those who require total tech decompression.

20 Go To 10’ sees ROMsets swap his trademark dithered beat-scapes for more experimental, off-kilter flavours. Wonky, battery drained synth plucks prop up the track, while skipping CD drum patterns and found cassette sample snippets take twitchy turns and directions. All interspersed with a pre-AI vocal sample whose calm external tone hides a deep internal annoyance. This is not left-field, more left the field entirely.

"This track attempts to describe the first tech fail experience I remember as a child. I was learning how to program a game on my ZX Spectrum computer by copying some code from a book. After days of typing and much excitement, I finally typed the ‘Run’ command and was presented with the error ’Nonsense in BASIC’… this is my first experience of ‘rage quit’, a moment of almost jarring tranquility. ’20 Go To 10’ is an audio transcript of that event."
